He has already developed several estates on the island of Phuket in the past years, such as:
BOUGAINVILLEA TERRACE House, over 30 units at Kata with the Restaurant Locanda as well as SEA VIEW ESTATE at Kata Noi Beach with 17 luxury units.

TALAYTHONG SHANGRILA VILLA
The first part of the name “TALAYTHONG” is given by the name of the area and means “Golden Sea”. The second part “SHANGRILA” means paradise on earth. The Villa having access to approximately 20m private beach/waterfront.
